Integrative Healing + Growth Women’s Retreat

Kugenuma, Japan (April 2024)

When I made my vision board the beginning of 2024, the main goal I had was to facilitate a women’s retreat in Japan. I’m so happy to say that vision manifested into a reality on Saturday April 27th with the most incredible group of women.

I co-facilitated “Reconnect, Reflect, and Rise” with Reiko (@reizuki ) and Kristy (@kristymariko ) in Kugenuma, Japan. This day was one of the most fulfilling, inspiring, and meaningful experiences I’ve had as a coach and facilitator.

We connected to our younger selves through art, practiced self-forgiveness using an ancient Hawaiian prayer, and felt our feelings through the power of music and movement.

I’m so proud of all the beautiful women that joined us. I’m so proud of Reiko and Kristy for facilitating powerful coaching workshops and being the best team ever. I’m proud of myself for taking action on my dharma and vision. Beyond grateful. ❤️ And excited for more retreats in the future.
